I can't find my product license. Can you help?
Please log in to your free UpdateStar account on our website. Within your account, you can access all your UpdateStar license information. You can also add third-party license information and use your account as a complete license repository, ensuring you never lose a license again. Log in to your account here.
I did not receive my license information. How do I fix this?
After purchase an email is dispatched with your license information. Depending on your payment method this may arrive within minutes or a few days. Please check your spam/junk folders first. If you still cannot find the email, please contact our support team at support@updatestar.com with your order details.
The software does not accept my license key. What can I do?
Please make sure that you have entered the complete license key correctly and do not include any spaces. We recommend copying and pasting the license key directly from your license email. Additionally, please ensure not to include any spaces at the beginning or at the end of the license key.
How do I activate my copy?
Open the application and click the "Register" or "Activate" button. Enter your License ID and Password exactly as provided in your license email, then click "Activate". Ensure you have administrator rights and network access. If activation fails, please contact support.
I updated a software product and UpdateStar keeps showing it as outdated. Why is that?
You performed the update correctly. Unfortunately, some software vendors provide outdated version information in their product files, which UpdateStar displays. We are working with third-party vendors to resolve these discrepancies in future releases.
