Your email request will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that technical support is for registered customers only. We also offer limited support for trials during the trial period and for our freeware products. We recommend to read the FAQ or help sections on the product pages to see if your question has already been answered there.

UpdateStar makes it easy for you to always use the latest versions of our products. For all subscription products all program updates are always free and included for registered users.

To check your subscription status of an UpdateStar product license you may login to your UpdateStar account at any time. There you will find a list of licenses with expiration dates and options to purchase a renewal. If you selected auto-renewal with your purchase, UpdateStar will renew it automatically, before your subscription expires. You will receive an email to notify you.
