• Go to and select your Tools menu
• Within your Tools menu, select Extensions
• Go to the add-on you wish to disable, and choose either Disable or Uninstall

Firefox

• Go to and select your Tools menu
• Within your Tools menu, select Add-Ons
• Go to the add-on you wish to disable, and click on the item to select and highlight the add-on
• Click the Disable or Uninstall button

Internet Explorer

• Go to your Tools Menu and select Internet Options
• Under Programs, click the Manage add-ons button
• Select the add-on you wish to disable and then click Disable at the bottom of the page
• Click OK
